Hayley & Collin: A Griffith Observatory Engagement Session

Hayley and Collin. High school sweethearts. Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles. Enough said. I love engagement sessions and with a variety of beautiful locations in the Los Angeles area, choosing a favorite location is hard to do but the Griffith Observatory is definitely one of my top picks, if not THE top pick. And when you get a sweet couple who are high school sweethearts who went to separate colleges but in the end get their happily ever after, now that’s a beauty! I loved meeting and spending time with Hayley and Collin during their engagement session. These two are originally from the East Coast but since Collin’s job brought him to Santa Monica after graduating from Yale University, they embraced the West Coast with all sense of adventure and love exploring new places whenever Hayley is in town. Together they love finding the best food places to eat which is a couple after mine own heart. Like really! So naturally we talked a little bit about food and the many fun places there are to eat in the Los Angeles area. One of the many things I enjoy about engagement sessions is getting to know my couples and making the entire experience down-to-earth and fun. I already know personally how intimidating it is to get in front of the camera so my job is to help my couples relax, enjoy their time, and direct them with different poses to get the best images for them. So without further ado, here’s a preview of their beautiful and happy Griffith Observatory engagement session:
